We want to ensure absolute clarity regarding your premium virtual experiences. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

Thank you for choosing ThopTraveller. Because our platform provides immediate, unfettered access to premium digital content and immersive virtual environments, we have strict guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. General Policy: No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the ThopTraveller platform and the immediate accessibility of our virtual travel experiences upon purchase, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any digital goods, one-time purchases, or partially used subscription periods unless explicitly mandated by specific consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2. Subscriptions & Explorer Plus Plans

If you have upgraded to a recurring premium plan, such as our Explorer Plus or True Explorer plans, the following rules apply:

  • Cancellation at Any Time: Explorer Plus subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. You can manage your cancellation directly through your Premium Dashboard settings.
  • Continued Access: If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid billing cycle, you will not receive a refund. However, you will continue to have full access to your premium features until the end of that current billing period.
  • Evaluation of Claims: Refunds are evaluated according to applicable laws and platform policies; as a standard rule, there is no refund.

3. Exceptions Required by Law

While our standard policy is strictly no refunds, we recognize that certain regions have mandatory consumer protection laws (such as a statutory cooling-off period). If applicable law in your jurisdiction guarantees you a right to a refund that cannot be waived by contract, we will, of course, comply with those legal requirements.

4. Account Termination

If your account is terminated or suspended by ThopTraveller due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, you will not be eligible for a refund for any unused portion of your subscription or prior purchases.

5. Contact Us Regarding Billing

If you believe there has been a billing error, fraudulent charge, or if you have questions specifically regarding this policy, please reach out to our support team. Billing disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question.
