These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the ThopTraveller website (the "Service") operated by ThopTraveller ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. The Platform

ThopTraveller is a virtual travel platform designed to provide immersive, digital experiences of various global destinations. You acknowledge that:

• The experiences provided are digital and virtual in nature. They do not constitute actual physical travel or booking of physical travel services.
• While we strive for high-quality immersion, we do not guarantee the 100% factual accuracy of every localized detail, as environments and cultures are constantly evolving.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

When you create an account with us, including via third-party providers like Google Login, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password or authentication method that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Premium Access ("True Explorer Plans")

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription or one-time payment basis ("Premium Dashboard", "True Explorer Plans").

• You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
• Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or ThopTraveller cancels it.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription fees for our True Explorer Plans at any time, with reasonable prior notice to you.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ThopTraveller and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both local and foreign jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ThopTraveller.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To copy, scrape, or systematically extract data or imagery from our virtual experiences.
• To attempt to bypass or compromise any security mechanisms or premium paywalls implemented within the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ThopTraveller, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
